Turn-spit

When using the turn-spit, the accessible

parts of the appliance are hot and the

appliance should not be left unsupervised.

Take care that children do not play near it.

While the turn-spit is operating leave the oven

door half open and put the grill deflector “A”

into place. After using are the spit and its

support hot. Use gloves.

How to use the turn-spit ?

• Open the oven door and put the grill

deflector in place (fig. 8). Place correctly the

meat on the spit trying to balance the weight for

avoiding useless

effort for the motor.

• Fix the second fork.

• Block the two forks.

• Fix the handle.

• Fix the tip of the spit in its place in the oven

superior front frame (fig. 9).

• Push the spit so that its end be in its place at

the bottom of the oven and put it on the spit

support.

• Slide the dripping pan on an inferior support.

• Pull out the handle.

• Fix the oven/grill control knob on position

• Check whether the spit turns.

• For taking out the dish turn the knob to position

off

• Fix the handle.

• Remove slowly and simultaneously the

dripping pan and the spit.

• Pull out the spit using a thermal glove.

2. The Hob Burners

To the symbol on the knob corresponds a symbol

on the control panel (fig. 10).

Each burner has a safety device. In case the

flame dies out the safety device stops the gas

supply.

Maximum level

Minimum level

Use the maximum level for boiling and the

minimum for simmering.

Always choose positions between the minimum

and maximum, never between maximum and

off.

Do not close the cover till the burners

or plates are hot, the cover could be

damaged.
